Vivace uses a robotic motor to insert the needles, resulting in more patient comfort. Morpheus 8 uses more of a puncture, “staple gun” type mechanism to for the needles into the skin. Vivace Ultra is less effective than Morpheus 8 for fat reduction on the body, but it is also less expensive and requires less pain and downtime.
