We do our very best to send you appointment reminders leading up to your appointment so you will not forget it. For this reason we hope you understand that we will charge a $50 late fee for any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.
We always try to run our clinic on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment and proceed with other patients. This allows us to assure convenience and accessibility to all of our patients.
