Andrea is originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan and a graduate of Michigan State University. She has a wide range of experience in the medical field, with a primary focus in dermatology and plastic surgery. Her career path allows her to combine her love of caring for others with her love for beauty and wellness. At SLK, she is dedicated to pursuing her passion of aesthetic medicine. Andrea manages Nashville’s daily clinic operations and leads our Patient Experience team to ensure an elevated patient experience from start to finish.

Julian Tira, a Georgia native who has found his home in Chattanooga TN, is a highly skilled and passionate registered nurse who is deeply committed to the well-being of his patients. With a strong presence in the local community, Julian can often be spotted walking his beloved dog Bentley, attending gym classes at various studios, or enjoying a meal with friends in downtown Chattanooga. Julian’s journey in nursing began with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the prestigious University of West Georgia, followed by two years of experience in the fast-paced emergency department. There, he honed his skills in providing top-notch care to patients with diverse medical needs, ranging from plastic surgery cases to trauma cases. Julian’s unwavering dedication and compassionate approach earned him a reputation as a trusted and reliable nurse among his peers and patients alike. Driven by his passion for aesthetics and the desire to make a tangible impact on his patients’ lives, Julian transitioned to PACU nursing, where he cared for post-operative patients. With three years of nursing experience under his belt, Julian has always aspired to establish himself as an aesthetic RN. He finds immense fulfillment in witnessing the positive changes in his patients’ appearance and self-esteem over time as a result of his expertise and care. Having personally experienced the challenges of dealing with acne during his youth, Julian understands the profound impact that one’s self-esteem can have on overall well-being. As an aesthetics registered nurse, his top priority is to help his patients look and feel their best, leaving them with smiles on their faces when they gaze into the mirror. Julian’s unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care and his deep empathy towards his patients make him a trusted and sought-after professional in the field of aesthetics.

Melissa Rader, board certified NP, has been a resident of Chattanooga, TN for the past 20 years. She graduated summa-cum laude in both her undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. She received her master’s degree from Southern Adventist University. While there she received the clinical excellence award and the distinguished advanced research award. Her previous nursing career includes experience in orthopedics, oncology, and hospice care. She provides exceptional attention to detail and compassion in her nursing skills. She is driven by evidence-based interventions in medical aesthetics and skin care. Her passion and mission is to deliver optimal individualized care and to help others feel more confident in their own skin. When Melissa is not working, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband and two children. On warm and sunny days, you’ll find her on the lake with family and friends or hiking one of Chattanooga’s beautiful trails.

Addie Clifton, NP is an Arkansas native with over 8 years of nursing experience. She received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University Arkansas Fayatteville, graduating magna cum laude.  Her professional experience has ranged from orthopedics to ICU.  She spent the early part of her nurse practitioner career in pulmonary and sleep medicine until finding her true passion in aesthetic medicine. Addie excels at educating patients on aesthetic medicine and explaining how skincare technology can enhance and maintain their natural beauty. She is passionate about keeping up with the latest techniques and technology to always provide her patients with best outcomes. Outside of nursing, Addie loves spending time with her dog Gatsby, traveling, craft cocktails and enjoying good food with good friends.



Mallory is a highly motivated board certified Nurse Practitioner whose mission is to practice detail- oriented nursing led by evidence-based practice and upstanding nursing ethics. She is a Michigan native who ventured south following nursing school where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Following nursing school, Mallory began her nursing journey at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a nurse resident where she specialized in hematology and oncology. Her education then continued at Belmont University where she obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing. Upon graduation, Mallory began practicing alternative and regenerative medicine at Thrive Wellness in Brentwood, Tennessee. Mallory’s passion for dermatology and aesthetic medicine led her to become united with SLK’s mission of promoting self-love and enhancement of natural beauty. Aligning patient desired outcomes with innovative aesthetic interventions is Mallory’s mission. As a former collegiate athlete, Mallory remains active in intramural sports and in her gym community. SLK provides her the platform to combine her passion for physical health and aesthetic medicine to help patients reach optimal health and wellness from the inside out.



Jenny Wray is a Nashville native with over 8 years of nursing experience. Prior to her nursing career, Jenny attended Parsons School of Design in New York City and then worked as an associate designer in the fashion industry. Ultimately, her professional background and natural interests led her to the field of aesthetic medicine where art, beauty, and holistic well-being meet. She received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Belmont University, graduating magna cum laude. Her professional experience has ranged from orthopedics to ICU, and she worked in aesthetic medicine for 3 years prior to coming to SLK. Outside of nursing, Jenny loves spending time with her two young children and husband, delving into home improvement projects, and sampling the vast culinary delights Nashville has to offer.



Jennifer Stieber is an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner and expert in the science of aging. She began her career in New York City as a biochemist conducting vaccine and cancer drug research. But her passion for patient care eventually led her out of the laboratory to become a nurse practitioner. While living in NYC, the fashion and beauty capital of the world, Jennifer’s career in science and nursing found a natural transition into the world of aesthetic medicine.

Jennifer’s aesthetic medicine experience includes working at the esteemed dermatology practice of Dr. Brandt in New York City, and leading all of LaserAway‘s New York City clinics as their regional clinical director. Jennifer has worked with patients of all skin types and backgrounds, including many of the most well-known celebrities, ranging from Oscar winners to Superbowl performers. Her specialty is working with patients 50 and older. She is also well-versed in recognizing, diagnosing, and treating complications from aesthetic medicine procedures.

Since 2017, Jennifer has also trained nurses and nurse practitioners in injectables and lasers. Encouraging nurses to become masters of aesthetic medicine and empowering patients to become experts in their own skin health is Jennifer’s mission.

Born a dual citizen of the Philippines and USA, Jennifer also hopes that her international influences will allow SLK to deliver the best methods and technology from all corners of the world.

Jennifer earned her degree in biochemistry from Virginia Tech, followed by her Masters of Science in Nursing at NYU and a degree in public health management from UC Berkeley. She completed her clinical training at NYU Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Jennifer was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia and although Nashville is now home base, she spends lots of her time in New York, Manila, and internationally. She and her husband share a daughter and a corgi-mix named Arthur.


Pam Haws, MD is SLK’s collaborating physician and is nationally board-certified and licensed to practice in Tennessee.
