The attention to detail registered nurses (RNs) and nurse practitioners (NPs) provide is unmatched in the healthcare world. All of our SLK RNs and NPs are accomplished healthcare professionals who are highly technical and undergo extensive vetting. Plus they have a gifted eye for art, design, and beauty.

LESLIE MARTINEZ

AESTHETIC REGISTERED NURSE

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, Leslie Martinez is a first-generation college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aurora University. She graduated summa cum laude and completed the competitive SLK Aesthetic Nurse Internship, refining her skills under top aesthetic medicine professionals. With an original background in travel nursing, Leslie developed a strong foundation in patient care and safety, which she now brings to her passion for aesthetics. Known for her warm approach and high attention to detail, Leslie ensures clients feel comfortable while delivering natural, transformative results. Fluent in Spanish, she is dedicated to providing personalized care to a diverse range of clients. Outside of work, Leslie enjoys spending time with family, supporting Vanderbilt football and her boyfriend who works for the team, and exploring Nashville’s food scene. Nacida y criada en los suburbios de Chicago, Illinois, Leslie Martinez es la primera en su familia en graduarse de la universidad con una Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Enfermería de Aurora University. Se graduó summa cum laude y completó la competitiva pasantía de enfermería estética en SLK, perfeccionando sus habilidades bajo la guía de los principales profesionales de la medicina estética. Con una formación inicial en enfermería de viaje, Leslie desarrolló una sólida base en la atención y seguridad del paciente, la cual ahora aplica en su pasión por la estética. Autumn Boyd

AESTHETIC REGISTERED NURSE (CHATTANOOGA)

While originally born in Ontario, Canada, Autumn has called Chattanooga home for over 20 years. Autumn is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and began working as a Registered Nurse in 2018. After spending a couple of years working in local hospitals, she went on to work as an intensive care unit nurse in some of the country’s top hospitals where she specialized in medical and surgical intensive care. After years of working with critically ill patients, Autumn transitioned her practice to focus on medical aesthetics where she could pursue her long-time passion for dermatology and aesthetic medicine. Her diverse and strong background in critical care has provided her with the knowledge base, confidence, and skills to deliver detail oriented care with excellent clinical results. Autumn specializes in developing a personal, long term plan of care that helps her clients meet their goals and feel their best, not only now, but in the years to come. In addition, Autumn is a passionate advocate for the biostimulatory treatments that encourage the body’s innate healing and regeneration mechanisms. With her commitment to precision, and a genuine desire to help her patients achieve rejuvenating, natural results, we welcome you to visit Autumn at SLK’s Chattanooga location.

Cecilia Masrejian

Aesthetic Registered Nurse

Cecilia has always possessed an unwavering dedication to aesthetic medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Following a practicum at the Vanderbilt Center for Cosmetic Plastic Surgery, she knew she had found her calling. For the past 8 years, Cecilia has worked alongside leading plastic surgeons in Tampa Bay and Nashville, gaining extensive experience in the field. Her focus on providing top-notch care stems from the guidance of her esteemed mentors. As a mother of two young boys, Cecilia understands the importance of self-care amidst a busy schedule. She believes even small acts of self-care can make a significant difference, a principle she applies in her practice. Cecilia is committed to helping her patients feel confident and empowered. With her depth of experience, she develops personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving natural, long-lasting results for her patients.

JENNY WRAY

SENIOR AESTHETIC REGISTERED NURSE

Jenny Wray is a Nashville native with over 8 years of nursing experience. Prior to her nursing career, Jenny attended Parsons School of Design in New York City and then worked as an associate designer in the fashion industry. Ultimately, her professional background and natural interests led her to the field of aesthetic medicine where art, beauty, and holistic well-being meet. She received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Belmont University, graduating magna cum laude. Her professional experience has ranged from orthopedics to ICU, and she worked in aesthetic medicine for 3 years prior to coming to SLK. Outside of nursing, Jenny loves spending time with her two young children and husband, delving into home improvement projects, and sampling the vast culinary delights Nashville has to offer.

JULIAN TIRA

AESTHETIC REGISTERED NURSE (CHATTANOOGA)

Julian Tira, a Georgia native who has found his home in Chattanooga TN, is a highly skilled and passionate registered nurse who is deeply committed to the well-being of his patients. With a strong presence in the local community, Julian can often be spotted walking his beloved dog Bentley, attending gym classes at various studios, or enjoying a meal with friends in downtown Chattanooga. Julian’s journey in nursing began with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the prestigious University of West Georgia, followed by two years of experience in the fast-paced emergency department. There, he honed his skills in providing top-notch care to patients with diverse medical needs, ranging from plastic surgery cases to trauma cases. Julian’s unwavering dedication and compassionate approach earned him a reputation as a trusted and reliable nurse among his peers and patients alike. Driven by his passion for aesthetics and the desire to make a tangible impact on his patients’ lives, Julian transitioned to PACU nursing, where he cared for post-operative patients. With three years of nursing experience under his belt, Julian has always aspired to establish himself as an aesthetic RN. He finds immense fulfillment in witnessing the positive changes in his patients’ appearance and self-esteem over time as a result of his expertise and care. Having personally experienced the challenges of dealing with acne during his youth, Julian understands the profound impact that one’s self-esteem can have on overall well-being. As an aesthetics registered nurse, his top priority is to help his patients look and feel their best, leaving them with smiles on their faces when they gaze into the mirror. Julian’s unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care and his deep empathy towards his patients make him a trusted and sought-after professional in the field of aesthetics.

OUR FOUNDER JENNIFER STIEBER

About

Jennifer Stieber is an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner and expert in the science of aging. She began her career in New York City as a biochemist conducting vaccine and cancer drug research. But her passion for patient care eventually led her out of the laboratory to become a nurse practitioner. While living in NYC, the fashion and beauty capital of the world, Jennifer’s career in science and nursing found a natural transition into the world of aesthetic medicine.

Jennifer’s aesthetic medicine experience includes working at the esteemed dermatology practice of Dr. Brandt in New York City, and leading all of LaserAway‘s New York City clinics as their regional clinical director. Jennifer has worked with patients of all skin types and backgrounds, including many of the most well-known celebrities, ranging from Oscar winners to Superbowl performers. Her specialty is working with patients 50 and older. She is also well-versed in recognizing, diagnosing, and treating complications from aesthetic medicine procedures. She is a member of the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and the Aesthetic Multispecialty Society.

Since 2017, Jennifer has also trained nurses and nurse practitioners in injectables and lasers. Encouraging nurses to become masters of aesthetic medicine and empowering patients to become experts in their own skin health is Jennifer’s mission.

Born a dual citizen of the Philippines and USA, Jennifer also hopes that her international influences will allow SLK to deliver the best methods and technology from all corners of the world.

Jennifer earned her degree in biochemistry from Virginia Tech, followed by her Masters of Science in Nursing at NYU and a degree in public health management from UC Berkeley. She completed her clinical training at NYU Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Jennifer was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia and although Nashville is now home base, she spends lots of her time in New York, Manila, and internationally. She and her husband share 2 children and a corgi-mix named Arthur.

Pam Haws, MD is SLK’s collaborating physician and is nationally board-certified and licensed to practice in Tennessee.
