ANDREA DECKER

MANAGER OF CLINIC OPERATIONS (NASHVILLE)

Andrea is originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan and a graduate of Michigan State University. She has a wide range of experience in the medical field, with a primary focus in dermatology and plastic surgery. Her career path allows her to combine her love of caring for others with her love for beauty and wellness. At SLK, she is dedicated to pursuing her passion of aesthetic medicine. Andrea manages Nashville’s daily clinic operations and leads our Patient Experience team to ensure an elevated patient experience from start to finish.

MALLORY SIMON

SENIOR AESTHETIC NURSE PRACTITIONER (NASHVILLE)

Mallory is a highly motivated board certified Nurse Practitioner whose mission is to practice detail- oriented nursing led by evidence-based practice and upstanding nursing ethics. She is a Michigan native who ventured south following nursing school where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Following nursing school, Mallory began her nursing journey at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a nurse resident where she specialized in hematology and oncology. Her education then continued at Belmont University where she obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing. Upon graduation, Mallory began practicing alternative and regenerative medicine at Thrive Wellness in Brentwood, Tennessee. Mallory’s passion for dermatology and aesthetic medicine led her to become united with SLK’s mission of promoting self-love and enhancement of natural beauty. Aligning patient desired outcomes with innovative aesthetic interventions is Mallory’s mission. As a former collegiate athlete, Mallory remains active in intramural sports and in her gym community. SLK provides her the platform to combine her passion for physical health and aesthetic medicine to help patients reach optimal health and wellness from the inside out.

JENNY WRAY

SENIOR AESTHETIC REGISTERED NURSE (NASHVILLE)

Jenny Wray is a Nashville native with over 8 years of nursing experience. Prior to her nursing career, Jenny attended Parsons School of Design in New York City and then worked as an associate designer in the fashion industry. Ultimately, her professional background and natural interests led her to the field of aesthetic medicine where art, beauty, and holistic well-being meet. She received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Belmont University, graduating magna cum laude. Her professional experience has ranged from orthopedics to ICU, and she worked in aesthetic medicine for 3 years prior to coming to SLK. Outside of nursing, Jenny loves spending time with her two young children and husband, delving into home improvement projects, and sampling the vast culinary delights Nashville has to offer.

Cecilia Masrejian

Aesthetic Registered Nurse

Cecilia is an Aesthetic Registered Nurse with over 8 years of experience in aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery. Prior to SLK, she worked at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery in Brentwood, TN, and Gayoso Plastic Surgery in Florida.

OUR FOUNDER JENNIFER STIEBER

About

Jennifer Stieber is an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner and expert in the science of aging. She began her career in New York City as a biochemist conducting vaccine and cancer drug research. But her passion for patient care eventually led her out of the laboratory to become a nurse practitioner. While living in NYC, the fashion and beauty capital of the world, Jennifer’s career in science and nursing found a natural transition into the world of aesthetic medicine.

Jennifer’s aesthetic medicine experience includes working at the esteemed dermatology practice of Dr. Brandt in New York City, and leading all of LaserAway‘s New York City clinics as their regional clinical director. Jennifer has worked with patients of all skin types and backgrounds, including many of the most well-known celebrities, ranging from Oscar winners to Superbowl performers. Her specialty is working with patients 50 and older. She is also well-versed in recognizing, diagnosing, and treating complications from aesthetic medicine procedures.

Since 2017, Jennifer has also trained nurses and nurse practitioners in injectables and lasers. Encouraging nurses to become masters of aesthetic medicine and empowering patients to become experts in their own skin health is Jennifer’s mission.

Born a dual citizen of the Philippines and USA, Jennifer also hopes that her international influences will allow SLK to deliver the best methods and technology from all corners of the world.

Jennifer earned her degree in biochemistry from Virginia Tech, followed by her Masters of Science in Nursing at NYU and a degree in public health management from UC Berkeley. She completed her clinical training at NYU Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Jennifer was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia and although Nashville is now home base, she spends lots of her time in New York, Manila, and internationally. She and her husband share a daughter and a corgi-mix named Arthur.
